I have NOT had any caffeine for 4 1/2 days!
Yay, right?!
Well, oddly enough, now I am not sleeping well anymore... which makes me want some Dr. Pepper in a mean way. (and I had been sleeping amazingly well for the first time in a long time)
I blame the fact that there's no more end-of-the-day crash anymore, but WHAT THE HECK?
Any ideas?

Good for you! I have heard that melatonin from Trader Joe's or Whole Foods can really help. Or a hot shower about a half an hour before bed?
Mmm....Dr. Pepper. I have been abstaining too, but haven't noticed any sleeping problems. Sorry!
No ideas, but my guess is that with time your system will regulate and it wont be a problem. I should join you on this #6, I drink far too much caffeine lately.
